AEW

All Elite Wrestling

The New Kid in professional wrestling, AEW has come out swinging in its short existance to become the most legitimate number two promotion in the US in quite some time. But with great power, comes great responsibility. Can Cody and the rest of the Mudshow gang keep their momentum flowing, or will they falter in their quest to become Number 1.

NJPW

New Japan Pro Wrestling

Where AEW is the number two promotion in the US, NJPW is now easily the number two promotion in the world today. With a deep talent pool, and a load of main event talent within their system,  NJPW has capitalized on 40+ years of history to become the must watch promotion. Will there success translate to the common everyday fan in the US soon, or will they be popular only to the most in the know fans?

WWE
World Wrestling Entertainment

The evil empire. The Yankees of professional wrestling. The WWE has been the pinnacle of sports entertainment for over 50 years, depending on whose history you are reading. The problem with being number one though, is it is always a higher spot to fall from. But hey, at least they still have NXT, right? Right?!?

''Rowdy'' Roddy Piper

ROH/IMPACT

Ring Of Honor/IMPACT

Once proud flag bearers of the number two promotions in the country, IMPACT and Ring of Honor have fallen on tough times as of recently. Will changes in management and booking bring them back to their once former glories, or will they shrivel up and fall away. Only time will tell, but one thing is for sure, at least they will pull out as many stops as possible to be even the slightest bit buzzworthy.

NWA

National Wrestling Alliance

Once upon a time, the NWA was number one amongst of all the promotions and territories. But time and tide wait for no man, and at the turn of the century, the NWA seemed like it was truly lost. The story of the NWA's last 20 years has been loaded with failures and some small successes, but now, with the promotion seemingly on solid ground, the NWA looks to re-establish itself as the premier wrestling company in the US.
